paid on time. We allow online rental payments, which makes it easy for
tenants to pay on schedule. We’ll disburse your rental earnings as soon
as the rent is collected. We begin contacting the tenant if the rent is
not paid by the 6th of the month.

keep costs down with our great team of vendors and contractors. Your tenants can submit
repair requests 24 hours a day using their personal tenant portal.
We protect your property by inspecting it on a regular basis. We use inspections to look
for needed repairs, lease violations, and assess any deferred maintenance threatening the
condition or value of your property. We do regular drive-by inspections, schedule annual
inspections, and can schedule additional interior inspections if requested.
Our thorough screening process and rental standards are the best
protection against eviction. Our eviction rate is less than 2 percent.
